In our professional partnership between coach and client, you have a skilled thought partner helping you clarify areas you’d like to shift and collaborating to achieve your desired outcomes in those areas. Best-practices coaches are highly trained and professionally certified.

Coaching is distinct from therapy. Therapy and psychological treatments are more pathology-based, designed to help you recover to a stable baseline. Coaching, on the other hand, is wellbeing-based, designed to take you from that baseline to thriving.
While both disciplines help you navigate obstacles blocking your targeted outcomes, therapy tends to delve more deeply into the past, work through trauma, and sometimes manage mental illnesses. This therapeutic process requires work with professionally-licensed therapists and psychologists.

Nope. In general, one pays consultants to provide their advice and expertise, like a financial planner. Certified coaches, on the other hand, are professionally trained to help you develop your own answers.
How about ADHD Coaching?

For neuro-diverse brains, this includes honing your strengths as well as addressing ADHD challenges like executive functioning difficulties (time blindness, memory issues, prioritization).
ADHD coaches help clients disengage from unhelpful, judgmental mindsets (often from decades of undiagnosed ADHD) and rewire into positive neurodiverse-friendly ways of being. When applicable, I provide proven, practical, neuroscience-based education, strategies, and skill-building techniques.
